OUR FACILITIES
The core business of NTE Vacuum Technology Ltd is the Vacuum Chamber Design & manufacture of High & Ultra High Vacuum Chambers/Vessels and associated equipment. Chambers/Vessels are offered in Stainless Steel, Aluminium Alloy, Carbon Steel (usually Electroless Nickel plated) and Copper.
NTE are approved to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 (Reg. No. FM 25227) and offer full quality control and traceability on all manufacturing processes.
Our staff, the majority of whom have been together as a team for 20 years, have a wealth of experience and expertise in executing tasks with difficult and unusual technologies and materials.
We supply to the Astronomy, Chemical, Electronic and Nuclear industries and to many Research laboratories both in the UK and in Europe.
Machining
We also undertake sub-contract machining and have very large CNC machining facilities with on-line programming.
Fabrication
We offer Coded Welding in several specifications of Stainless Steels and Aluminium Alloy up to 2 Tonnes in weight.
Assembly
Class 10,000 Clean room. We can offer clean room assembly.
Testing
Helium leak testing combined with RGA scans, chambers baked up to 200°C.
CAD
We can produce fully detailed drawings from your conceptual designs using Solid Works 3D.
CNC Machining
Our largest machine X-2500mm, Y-1200mm, Z-1500mm.
